We worked with senior stakeholders to better understand Zalando’s existing and desired communications landscape.

Our insight led to our launch of Dare – a dynamic concept that celebrated an entrepreneurial spirit – one of Zalando’s core behaviours.

Dare championed three pillars: Innovation & Creativity (to spark experimentation and learning), Employee Engagement & Ownership (to elevate a sense of empowerment), and Strategic Growth (to enhance adaptability in a fast-paced market).
