We’re about work that matters. Done in a way that matters. We’re building a global community of great creative minds, out-and-out specialists and brilliant collaborators. If you’re a smart thinker who wants their career to make a lasting impact in culture, let’s talk.

Career opportunities

People first. Always

We’re committed to people. So we’re here for our clients, our partners and (most importantly) each other. Some of the things we champion include diversity, equity and inclusion, career growth and well-being, local communities and the world around us.

Celebrating diversity

We’re committed to hiring across all abilities, ethnicities, races, religions, socio-economic backgrounds, sexual orientations, and gender identities. Plus, we partner with Creative Access and People Like Us to help underrepresented communities enter the creative sector.

Growing with you

We’re committed to offering skill development opportunities and access to world class facilitators – so our people can progress in the areas they’re passionate about.

Wellness at work

We’re committed to kindness, so we have a Wellness at Work hub, plus a team of fully trained Mental Health First Aiders. We also offer an employee assistance programme to help ease challenges that may affect your well-being at or outside work.

Community matters

We’re committed to our communities. Poverty and homelessness are areas we’re passionate about tackling, so we’re working with Simon Community in Belfast and Crisis in London. Our ‘Smarts Change’ initiative also gives our people two volunteer days a year to support local issues that matter to them.

Greener goals

We’re committed to our environment and are proud to have achieved B Corp status. Our ‘Smarts Sustain’ initiative helps our people reduce their carbon footprint and support local sustainability issues. As part of MSQ, we’ve signed up to the Million Tree Pledge in partnership with Ecologi and have already planted over 200,000 trees.

All the benefits.
All together.
