Not convinced by air fryers? You’re not alone – 45% of Brits think they don’t cook as well as traditional methods.
But Bosch is here to prove those doubts are a load of ‘hot air’. And our team has been working with some of our favourite talent to help them do so.
First up, our Talent Partnerships team engaged Harry Clark and Mollie Pearce from The Traitors to serve up a fiendish double bluff. ‘Air Fryer or Air Liar’ put their cooking skills to the ultimate taste test, as they challenged unsuspecting dinner guests to try to guess which of the dishes served was made in the air fryer.
A day full of the duo’s favourite foods and mischievous acts was shared on Bosch Home UK’s Instagram page, whilst our media team’s accompanying story – in which research found that one in three Brits admit they lie at dinner parties – earned almost 100 pieces of press coverage, including national hits in The Mirror, Daily Star and The Express.
Bosch’s air fryer was also in the spotlight of Sam Cornforth, the comedian and video creator (and self-styled ‘Welsh Man-Child’) who our Creator Hub team has worked with now on multiple Bosch campaigns.
This time Sam served up a hilarious POV of your Dad getting a new gadget. Showing off his new Series 6 AirFryer, ‘Default British Dad’ gave the gadget his full approval – and the resulting film achieved more than 200,000 views, more than 8,000 likes, 2,000+ shares and almost 500 comments in the first few days alone. That’s a total engagement of more than 10,000 – smashing industry standards.
Now, if only the Dad could find his glasses…
