We have a unique opportunity for an established Account Manager to join our dynamic team and work on some of our most exciting accounts such as Zalando, British Gas, Chessington World of Adventures and Bosch. The remit for these clients is a mix – from developing creative ideas and managing projects, identifying and managing influencers and working closely with our in-house design and film teams.

The biggest part of this role will focus on media relations. The ideal applicant will know how the media work, be a strong writer and know how to pitch and get great coverage. They need to be naturally curious and tuned into real world conversations and know how to make our clients culturally relevant.

Blue chip brand experience is a must. Experience in fashion is preferable but not essential – but they must be interested in it!

Skill sets

We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude and is curious and committed. In terms of skill sets, the following are the most important:

  • A cultural expert with an eye for a topical story – understanding the news agenda and keeping abreast of conversations in culture – fashion, celebrities, tv etc
  • Good knowledge of the UK media landscape with media contacts. Love of selling in great stories and getting coverage
  • Good organisational skills and collaborative team player - good project manager and multi-tasker
  • Confident and comfortable with junior and senior clients - giving counsel
  • Contributing to creative sessions and writing up ideas
  • Event planning/organisation - experience with working on both local/global events, press trips, media dinners
  • Media/brand partnerships - ability to execute/manage media partnerships with senior support
  • Understanding and experience with influencers and/or talent
  • Strong writing skills, comfortable with press releases, pitches, slides for decks
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to independently run projects (on smaller accounts) as well as be part of a larger team (on bigger accounts), managing junior team members
